Flexi G4 – The Next Generation in Space Saving Efficiency
The Flexi G4 results in 40% more storage density than a conventional forklift and 25% more storage density than a reach truck. Convert a warehouse of 100,000 square feet into 140,000 or 125,000 feet, with no increase in rent, taxes, insurance or maintenance, by utilizing the Flexi. The Flexi unloads trailers as well as working in very narrow aisles so your ROI is increased by eliminating the forklifts and operators you are using to unload the trailer, and allowing you to rack the staging area for even more pallet positions.
The Advantages of Flexi Front wheel drive:
- Pulls truck into/out of pallet position rather than pushing it
- NOT working against steering pivot point
- 9.6 kW drive motor, transverse mounted to save space in front axle
- Limited slip conventional front drive axle
- Mast (load) ALWAYS in same position relative to drive axle. Weight of load ALWAYS centered over driving wheels
- Regenerative motor braking means truck does not roll after accelerator pedal is released
- Large front tires (16 ¼” X 7″) provide more tire and load bearing surface area
- High durometer (hardness) no-tread tires provide low rolling resistance, long life and low deflection resulting in higher lifting capacity
- When front end is fully turned the wheels are always pulling/pushing in the same position relative to the transmission/motor/tires
The Advantages of Flexi Steering Assembly:
- 16” 360 degree steering gear with full time hydraulic gear powered power steering
- Conventional Sauer Danfoss steering valve in steering wheel provides hydraulic control to hydraulic drive mounted to 16” gear
- Pin connection creates full side to side articulation of drive/steering front axle allowing full time 4 wheel contact for operation on uneven flooring conditions
