Wittur Group Standardizes on SolidWorks Enterprise PDM to Create Global Collaboration Network of Designers
Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. (DS SolidWorks) today announced that the Wittur Group, the world’s leading elevator component supplier, has standardized on SolidWorksâ Enterprise PDM and installed 550 licenses. The Wittur Group will use SolidWorks Enterprise PDM for document and workflow management to unify and organize its global offices more transparently. Topcon creates new construction business unit for the Americas
Ray O’Connor, executive officer of Topcon Corp. and president and CEO of Topcon Positioning Systems (TPS), announces the formation of a new business unit created to focus exclusively on the construction market. Topcon’s survey instrument division also becomes a separate business unit. O’Connor says, “We are taking the two premier brands in the survey global marketplace – Topcon and Sokkia – and building an organization to maximize our opportunities in every segment of the survey business.”
